AZ Science Center

The AZ Science Center is AMAZING!!! 

Spencer designed a house.

Luke played house.

Bria checked out x-rays.

Spencer got grossed out by innards. 

 relaxed better than the rest of us.

Spencer kept trying...

...and finally beat Drew at relaxing.

 

Luke threw balls out of the heart shaped ball pit.

Spencer did a wheel-chair race.

Bria did too.

Drew was a perfect mad scientist.

Bria was as cute as ever.

A cow bone was explored,

until mom was grossed out and made us leave.

Everyone loved playing in the dirt.

Especially Luke!

Drew made a vortex.

Luke discovered a hidden drawer.

And loved being out of the stroller long enough to get into mischief.

Bria and Drew raced wheels.

Drew used his muscles to pull himself up high.

The kids all played with a metallic wall.

Spencer redesigned the whole wall.

I wish I had one of these walls at home. 

Spencer tried out a bed of nails.

The boys played tug-of-war.

Luke experimented with different magnetic frequencies and watched his magnet dance.

Science is all around us. You can drink it in with nose,

eyes,

and mouth!!!

P.S. One of my favorite parts was watching the demonstration of liquid nitrogen. Spencer got to keep part of the racquet ball that was smashed. I also loved the Forces of Nature movie we watched while standing on a platform that shook, rained, heated up and got windy as the weather changed in the video. It was so cool!
