Spanish Immersion

Every week Travis meets with some people from his spanish class at a local resturante. The class may earn extra credit for coming and only speaking spanish. The kids and I joined them last night at Charley's. Armed with a spanish dictionary and the phrase 'Como se dice' I joined the rest of the participants on the third floor. The teacher Senor Serpas, from El Salvador, was anxious to know when I would be taking his class. I told him I'd join up when Travis was good enough to tutor me! The first word I learned was palomitas de maiz, or popcorn. We had lots of fun. Thanks, Travis, for inviting us!
